Stress? Just wrote!

Wrote had the activity that could help eliminated stress.

When I was bored and bored, I usually wrote boredom or the saturation in a sheet of paper, and miraculous!! Stress that was experienced by me could decrease.

I had read a study that said that wrote could alleviate stress that was experienced by someone.

Therefore, if you felt stress, wrote about any and may stress that was experienced by you decrease and afterwards disappeared.

My Birthday

Today was my birthday. I felt I be toucheded because today many that wished me happy birthday.

I had not remembered my birthday, but my friends even remembered him and the matter so that made me be touched.
